Criminal complaint filed in Careful Watch Programme case

The Integrity Authority prepared an interim report on its investigation into certain procurement procedures under the Careful Watch Programme. Based on the circumstances identified in the report, the Authority filed a criminal complaint against unknown person on suspicion of several criminal offences and is initiating irregularity proceedings with the Managing Authority, while also requesting the initiation of proceedings by other competent bodies. In addition to finalising its interim report, the Integrity Authority continues its fact-finding activities and will present the results of ongoing investigative acts in a final report concluding the investigation.
